All leaders are readers
Famed leadership expert John Maxwell once said that “not all readers are leaders, but all leaders are absolutely readers.”
And he’s right. Every great leader I know is focused on continually learning and growing by reading. They might not all read the same things, but they’re all readers, frequently working through 3-5 books at a time.
